NEW ZEALAND:

Shipping Costs: Flat Rate of $20 Standard Shipping

Shipping Time: 3- 10 Business Days

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: (Cook Islands, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Papua New Guinea)

If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver the products to you. You will pay the flat overseas freight charge of $25 to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. Shipping Time: 8-15 Business Days.

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase. All orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Orders placed after 10am AEST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day (usually Monday morning).

 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Stylco is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

 

Return requests must be made within 14 days.

Items may only be returned with a valid Returns Authority Number (RA#) and return form. Please email info@stylco.com.au to obtain RA# and return address, your name, order number, date of purchase and reason for return with your receipt.

We suggest that you use an Australia Post 500g or 3kg parcel post satchel to your return your goods so that you have a tracking number to keep. We will not be responsible for refunding purchases on returns where no return tracking number is able to be provided

Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks etc.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. 

If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost.The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Stylco will not be issued a refund.

Refunds are only granted if there is a manufacturer fault on garment, that can not be replace or fixed. In this situation, it is determined by Stylco Online      

       

                                                                                                                                 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

We take all care to ensure that our items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to you. We are happy to issue you with a refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.

 Please specify this when sending your email to stylco.com.au@gmail.com 

 We will reimburse your return postage on any faulty or incorrect item received.

 Please note that all faulty garments will be assessed accordingly & will not be accepted if the garment has been noticeably worn or soiled. All faulty returned garments must abide by our Returns Policy specifications.
